Richard Wilson

I joined Interski in 2002 within the Interski Rental division, where I was responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality ski clothing and equipment for school ski trips. Over time, I progressed to head up the Rental operation, overseeing its day-to-day performance, team management, and continued development.

In November 2025, I changed role and move over to our Interschool Travel brand, where I now focus on designing and delivering bespoke itineraries for school groups. In this role, I work closely with schools to create meaningful travel experiences that inspire students, broaden cultural understanding, and enhance learning beyond the classroom. My knowledge of school travel from the last 20+ years is a huge asset for this role.

I have a strong personal passion for travel and exploration, having travelled extensively in my younger years and now, as my children grow older, I am increasingly looking forward to returning to more travel myself and continuing to discover new destinations.
