Italy is one of the premier destinations for school ski trips and with good reason. Italy is host to some of the best ski resorts in Europe with the Alps and Dolomites dominating the Northern and Western areas of the country. Italy also holds a special place in our heart as it's the country where we first began offering school ski trips, way back in Winter 1983/84. We've traditionally specialised in the Aosta Valley, which is incidentally the smallest of Italy's 20 regions and with a semi-autonomous government.
One of the greatest things about Italy, apart from the food, is the incredible scenery - the perfect canvas for your school ski trip! The skiing here has something for everyone, so whether you're looking for the chic and style of Courmayeur, the vast ski area of La Thuile, the superb progression of Pila or the Italian Three Valleys in Gressoney, the perfect ski trip is waiting for your group.

Modelled on a castle in nearby Aymavilles, the 3* Hotel Etoile du Nord is a marvellous base for your stay in the Aosta Valley. It certainly is quite unique!The circular reception area with its clear-roofed atrium is really rather amazing! The hotel is approximately 10-15 minutes away from the Pila gondola by coach and there are some shops and bars in the close vicinity.
The rooms are spacious and are mostly for 2 or 4 people. All rooms have private facilities, air conditioning, TV and telephone. There is a lift, a large restaurant, a conference room, a comfortable bar and lounge and the latest addition is a splendid swimming pool.
Our normal allocation is for 48 beds (one floor), but occasionally further beds are available on request.

Yes, insurance provides comprehensive coverage and is included within this tour package. It covers your travel from the departure point and remains in effect until your return at the conclusion of the tour
Each Interski Course Co-ordinator will be led by an experienced staff member. Their presence is aimed at facilitating interactions with suppliers, ensuring the seamless progression of the tour, and addressing any queries you or your group might have. Moreover, they are dedicated to enriching your ski trip experience without encroaching upon your leadership with your school students. Our role is to provide assistance, not to impose interference. You will also be supplied with a 24/7 contact number for complete assurance.
Our standard coach size is 49. Occasionally, we are able to obtain coaches of 52/53 or 59 seats.
As standard, we offer 6 days x 4 hours, plus lunchtime supervision, usually from 10.00 am until 3.00 pm. We may be able to offer an additional hour's instruction for a small supplement – please call for details.
Helmets are indeed included in the price of your holiday, along with your snowsport equipment.
